WHAT YOU WILL DO
Central Production Responsibilities
- Oversee staff development of Central Production and Broadcast production staff and provide guidance and support to regional campuses.
- Develop and implement an infrastructure of all production-related standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for central production, as well as a framework for campus production teams.
- Provide pastoral / spiritual guidance and mentorship.

Saddleback Church's pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. Pay will be provided at $95,000-$100,000 annually. We will provide a pay rate within our salary structure that fits a candidate's qualifications and experience for the job. A posted wage range does not guarantee a specific wage at the time of a job offer.
