Sadler Health Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contact Center Agent to join our team at our Carlisle location.

As a Contact Center Agent, you will be part of a unique, team-oriented care model providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to our patients.
In this role you will receive calls via call center queue, process patient payments, answer or refer billing questions, and maintain accurate financial transaction records. Assist our patients to schedule, reschedule or cancel their appointments at Sadler. Register and schedule new patients, verify insurance information, and ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will monitor our online platform for incoming documents for new and existing patients. Inform and assist patients with the sliding fee application and schedule them with insurance enrollment team when needed. Conduct outreach calls to patients to follow up for scheduled visits and requests for cancellations or reschedules.
In this position will be expected to work independently in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure patients are scheduled for follow-ups and/or their next appointments. You will also assist them with completion of documentation or information in preparation of their visits as well as collecting payment for visits.
Contact Center Agents must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a medical or health care organization. The position is full-time onsite Day shift Monday-Friday.
Pay for this role is $18.50 to 19.50/hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package with a generous PTO benefit!
