Responsibilities
- Selling our programs and services to current and prospective customers face-to-face in an assigned residential territory
- Engaging with local homeowners in a friendly and informative manner, explaining the benefits of Saela’s pest control services, identifying their needs and addressing questions or concerns
- Tailoring your approach and services to the individual needs of each potential client
- Meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ability to visit our office located in Colorado Springs, COfor meetings, trainings, and restocking of supplies
- Achieves assigned service and sales performance objectives
Requirements
- Great listening, presentation and closing skills
- Excellent customer service & relationship building skills
- A quick-thinking, problem-solving attitude
- Ability to succeed in a competitive, goal-driven sales environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience selling/servicing in homes including HVAC, solar, internet, home improvement, or other types of in-home sales experience is a plus
- 18 years of age or above
- Have a current valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
