As a Neighborhood Sales Representative, you will actively canvas neighborhoods, identifying new opportunities to provide our top-tier pest control solutions. You'll engage with homeowners in the communities of our existing customers and surrounding areas, helping to expand our customer base while increasing your earning potential.
In this role, you will prospect, generate leads, and provide tailored pest control solutions. This position is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to develop sales skills and gain experience in customer-facing roles.

What You'll Do:

Canvass local neighborhoods to educate homeowners on Saela's pest control services.

Conduct inspections, recommend solutions, and sell year-round pest control plans.

Tailor your sales approach to meet the unique needs of each customer.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with the support of management.

Occasionally visit our North Salt Lake or Orem Utah warehouse for meetings, training, and restocking supplies.
What We Offer:

Competitive Earnings: Potential to earn $5,000 per month (base uncapped commission).

Starting base pay: $3,500/month uncapped commission.
