Job Summary
The Validation Engineer will work with customers (internal and external) to develop PPAP documentation for products produced by Safari Circuits.
Responsibilities Include :
- Generate PPAP documentation for new programs, transfers, or engineering changes as required, including submittal of customer PPAP’s.
- Develop and write Validation Documents : Risk Assessment, Validation Plan (OQ, PQ), User Requirements, Functional Requirements and Validation Report.
- Monitor and control validation samples in manufacturing.
- Develop Process Flow Charts, PFMEA’s and Control Plans.
- Identify key process and quality characteristics and monitoring methods.
- Plan and perform MSA’s and Gage R&R’s.
- Plan and perform process capability studies.
- Develop and perform Design of Experiments (DOE’s).
- Monitor and measure process changes and analyze the effects.
- Identify and assist in resolution of non-conformances.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
