Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager

Wesmar Company, a food safety and sanitation company, is hiring a Service Manager to provide Sales & QA support for the Service Technician team working at customer facilities. Remote role based in Seattle or Portland territory.

OPPORTUNITY:
As our Service & Sales Manager, you will manage, support, and administer service and sales operations for our cleaning and sanitation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Working in the field with your team throughout the week, you will oversee sales results and assist technicians in solving customer food sanitation issues. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you will build and develop a high-performing service and sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Hire, train, and manage a qualified sales and service team.

· Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team that fosters collaborative and results-driven culture.

· Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and development.

· Mentor team members to improve performance, monitor sales/service activities, and provide technical and sales training.

· Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, proactive engagement, and effective problem resolution.

· Drive sales growth with your team by expanding the customer base.

· Optimize sales and service processes for efficiency and quality.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

· 5 years of management, supervisory, or sales experience.

· Previous experience in the sanitation, hygiene, or facility management industries is preferred.

· Quality Assurance or chemical food plant experience with set you on the right path with technicians and customers.

· Ability to travel within your territory throughout the week with your team members.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored sanitation solutions.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team, set goals, and drive results.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Wesmar Company will reward your sales management talents with a competitive compensation plan. First year OTE expected to be $110k-$125k . You will enjoy a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, retirement plan, and paid vacation. You will be fully reimbursed for mileage and other travel expenses. Two remote Service Manager roles available based in either our Seattle or Portland customer markets.
