Job Description
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field; LCSW or LPC Missouri state license, with a minimum of 3 years direct experience post licensure providing clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team, preferred. Candidates must have applied experience in the following areas: providing culturally sensitive, trauma focused therapies; post-traumatic stress; co-occurring symptom management; and counseling individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software and web-based documentation systems to monitor data trends for quality client care and service delivery. Experience with tele-behavioral health processes a plus.

This is a full-time position. Under the supervision of the Director, Clinical Services and Education, the Adult Services Clinical Manager exercises discretion and judgment to provide exceptional clinical supervision of the Adult Therapy Clinical Team, as a means to support therapist needs and quality service provision. Additional duties include oversight of compliance with established audit and productivity standards, hiring and training new therapists, conducting yearly performance reviews, program evaluation and support with agency chart audit process. Provides direct service therapy and support to clients during clinical staff transitions as part of the supervisory role. Provides back up support for crisis intervention counseling to walk-in clients as needed. Monitors staffing trends. Supervises student interns as assigned. Participates in agency committees and attends supervisory and planning meetings. Position duties will take place in person onsite and remotely.
