What are the responsibilities and job description for the ATM/PTM SPECIALIST position at SAFE FCU?
SUMMARY:
Serves members by handling plastic card inquiries over the telephone or in person; responsible for balancing, replenishment, and servicing Admin ATMs, all remote ATMs and PTMs, including preparation of cash orders from Federal Reserve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
•Process Administrative Office and remote ATM and PTM fleet daily activity, including posting of withdrawals, deposits (in accordance with Reg CC), and ATM adjustments.
•Performs weekly cash audits, cash replenishments, and any required ATM service on Admin ATM/PTM machines.
•Forecast and coordinate cash orders needed for replenishment of remote and on-site ATMs and PTMs.
•Responsible for daily balancing of Admin and Personal Experience Center (PEC) vault. Includes posting entries related to cash delivery, ATM over limit, and deposits made at Admin and remote ATM/PTM units.
•Responds to daily cash disbursement problems at remote ATMs and perform all servicing not covered by Diebold and NCR maintenance agreements.
•Maintains supplies required for servicing remote ATMs, PTMs, and Admin on-site ATMs. and Card Services.
•Monitors the ATM Event Monitoring system to ensure that all ATMs are working properly and initiates service calls, as needed.
•Performs weekly alarm tests for Administrative building. Communicate any alarm issues with Security Manager.
•Fully trained and performs duties of Card Services Representative in his/her absence.
•Prepares written, oral, and faxed communication to and from members regarding any and all issues related to ATM, Debit, or credit card issues.
•Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
