What You Will Do

The Purchasing Specialist will place orders for internal and external customers using a standardized product list from pre-approved vendors. Job duties include:

• Enter management orders, send orders to vendor, and assist operational team members receive and enter orders as they enter them in the purchase order system while answering questions, as needed.
• Follow up on back orders.
• Research and get approval for new item offerings.
• Review and assist with vendor invoice issues for payment.
• Review and monitor the purchasing email inboxes daily.
• Communicate with field operations personnel.
• Reconcile receipts based on inventory sheets received from the field to open purchase orders (“PO”).
• Other job duties as assigned.
  
  

Your Must Haves

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).
• Ability to use the functions within accounting system and various general ledger accounts.
• 2 or more years of experience in sourcing materials.
  
  

Our Environment

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
