Description
The facility electrician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the marina's business goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain building, shipyard, and marina electrical service utilities.
- Repair and maintain electrical power distribution equipment including portable power cords and distribution boxes.
- Perform vessel shore power connections and disconnections.
- Performs preventive maintenance work orders according to schedule.
- Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Repair and maintain cooling towers and assorted pumps.
- Repair and maintain all service utilities in and around the facility.
- Repair and maintain stationary and portable power tools.
- Perform general maintenance on various building equipment such as AC and Air handlers, elevators, plumbing, and modular office equipment.
- Assist with set up and break down of special events
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
