Responsibilities
- See clients for individual therapy sessions while maintaining a caseload of approximately 15 sessions per week.
- Manage administrative tasks, including social media content creation, marketing initiatives, and general business operations.
- Oversee pre-licensed clinicians and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Mastery of operations management and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in team management, customer service, and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Possession of a Master's degree and LICSW or LMHC licensure.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and ability to develop engaging content.
