What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program/Administrative Assistant position at Safe Haven, Inc.?
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work directly with the Director
- Director will provide guidelines and review of task completed
- Coordinate, prepare, and submit all expected reports, summaries, and research as deemed necessary.
- Maintaining compliance by ensuring correct organization of client and employee personal documents - Review, compile, correct client record. Complete client quarter reports, task analysis, and all program documents for compliance.
- Develop and update documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Execute ongoing requirement in reference to monthly compliance and status of program Quality Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, etc..
- Maintain daily communication with director by providing written and or verbal feedback per instructions confer to you, assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities for ongoing operations of the program.
- Conduct preliminary research on a variety of topics; draft materials as needed.
- Support, supervise, and monitor the care, health, and safety of all client in site
- Complete initial and ongoing assessment and service planning for all client as instructed
- Develop and complete or modify Individual Service Plan or Behavior Plan
- Attend training, meetings, events, as scheduled by the organization
- Monitor email, and inform Director of important message

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
