Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on coaching recruiters, enhancing team performance, and maintaining high energy levels to meet our recruitment targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and a proven track record in high-volume recruiting.
In this role you will:
- Mentor and coach recruiters to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve recruiting techniques
- Provide constructive feedback and support to foster a collaborative team environment
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored for high-volume hiring needs
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with hiring managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs
- Create a positive and energetic workplace culture that motivates the recruiting team
- Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to boost morale
- Encourage innovative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant work experience
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in managerial role
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
