Recruiting Manager

Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on coaching recruiters, enhancing team performance, and maintaining high energy levels to meet our recruitment targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and a proven track record in high-volume recruiting.

• Mentor and coach recruiters to enhance their skills and performance
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve recruiting techniques
• Provide constructive feedback and support to foster a collaborative team environment
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored for high-volume hiring needs
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with hiring managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs
• Create a positive and energetic workplace culture that motivates the recruiting team
• Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to boost morale
• Encourage innovative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and software applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in managerial role
