Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Support students with their learning, providing individualized attention as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Engage with children during playtime and structured activities, promoting social skills and teamwork.
- Monitor student behavior and assist with classroom management to ensure a respectful atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff regarding student progress and needs.
- Participate in curriculum development by providing input based on observations of student interactions and learning styles.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
- Assist with basic childcare tasks, including meal preparation, hygiene routines, and supervision during breaks.
Skills

- Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting is highly desirable.
