Funding Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Funding Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in the funding process.

Job Summary

As a Funding Representative, you will be responsible for auditing customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is complete, and working closely with Dealers, Sales Representatives, and customers to resolve any holds that may delay funding. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Accounts – Review customer accounts to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete before submission for funding.
• Resolve Holds – Identify and address any issues preventing accounts from being funded by working with internal teams, Dealers, and Sales Representatives.
• Customer Outreach – Contact customers as needed to gather missing information, verify details, and resolve funding-related holds.
• Collaboration & Communication – Maintain clear and professional communication with Dealers, Sales Representatives, and internal departments to streamline the funding process.
• Data Entry & Documentation – Ensure all account details and updates are recorded accurately in the system.
• Compliance & Quality Control – Follow company policies and industry regulations to ensure proper funding procedures are met.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in funding, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in auditing accounts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
