Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic sales minded Smart Home Consultant to join our team. As a representative you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing while supporting our sales team in achieving their goals. This is an entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company.
Requirements:
- Flexibility: Must be willing to travel out of State with the sales cohort for up to 75% of the month.
- Willingness to temporarily relocate for the initial training period of 90 days
- Sales Experience: No Sales experience required! However, previous experience in B2C sales, door-to-door sales, or similar fields is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and must have own transportation (reliable vehicle)

Responsibilities:
- Engage with Ease: Attend scheduled sales appointments facilitated by iHome, eliminating the need for solicitation or lead generation.
- Consultative Sales: Guide customers seamlessly through the sales process, ensuring each appointment ends in a successful closure.
- Efficient Coordination: Coordinate with technicians for same-day installation, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and sales managers to maintain superior service standards for every prospect.
- Continuous Development: Participate actively in team training sessions and correlation meetings to refine skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships within the community to enhance brand visibility and promote iHome Security services.
- Sells company home security products in an assigned territory.
- Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
- Works to establish new accounts in the territory.
- Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by Regional Sales Manager.
- Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for other territories and sales representatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
