Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with organizational goals while meeting client expectations.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and solutions effectively to clients in both office settings and during outside sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive sales performance.
- Provide leadership in coordinating efforts between departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word to communicate findings, strategies, and progress updates.
Qualifications
***Experience is REQUIRED.***
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on medical the medical preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data and market trends effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with other office software is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous roles or projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
