Duties
- Manage assigned sales territory effectively to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling potential clients and following up on leads.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or direct sales environments.
- Strong skills in territory management and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
