What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Team Member - Days or Afternoons position at SafeClean?
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with other team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframe

Physical Demands:
Good physical and mental health. Must be able to endure constant standing and walking throughout shift. Must be able to turn, stoop, bend, stretch, and lift to complete aforementioned job tasks. Must have good finger and hand dexterity to operate cleaning equipment. Must be able to push and pull brooms, mops, and cleaning equipment.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
