We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our team on a CONTRACT basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Escrow field.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing
- Review contracts and financial documents for accuracy
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction
- Conduct credit analysis and verify loan documentation
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Perform basic math calculations related to escrow transactions

- Proven experience in escrow
- Strong knowledge of escrow processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
