What You’ll Do :
Oversee multiple projects, from shore power systems to terminal-wide installations
Mentor and guide Electrician Leads and field teams
Design, troubleshoot, and implement electrical solutions (480VAC 3-Phase, VFDs, Motor Controllers)
Collaborate with port engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
What You’ll Bring :
5 years of experience as a marine electrician or similar role
Strong leadership and project management skills
Hands-on experience with 480VAC 3-Phase systems, schematics, and OSHA regulations
A passion for leading by example and mentoring others
