About the Job
We're looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Coordinator. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for supporting the DC Operations Manager and DC Operations Supervisor with all assigned tasks within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors equipment or processes and communicates problems to Supervisor; Encourages and monitors warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping initiatives on a daily basis.
- Identifies the safety risks and hazards with each task that is completed and mitigate and/or eliminate the risks or hazards to ensure safe working conditions.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions in warehouse and dock areas (seasonal heat and cold in environment that is not air-conditioned).
- Must be able to operate Material Handling equipment (order picker, reach truck, and forklift).
