and up. Our goal in starting SafeSplash Swim School was to elevate the swim lesson
experience in our communities for children and their families.

job schedule based on availability.

Responsibilities:
- Teach swimming skills in accordance with our enhanced SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, positive
manner.
- Drive long-term enrollment through consistent communication providing
continuous, positive feedback to students and parents regarding their swimming
progress.
- Create a vision for parents to understand where the lessons lead and provide
constructive feedback, adapting your teaching style to suit the student’s needs.
- Conduct administrative duties such as filling out quarterly progress reports and
updating parents on their swimmers’ progress.
- Stay current on certifications by attending in-service training and additional
supplemental training courses.
Required of our Swim Instructors:
- Must have experience working with children.
- Must have the ability to work at least one weekend day.
- Must be able to spend long periods of time in a pool.
- Must be 16 years of age

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
