We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team! The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of various skill levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers.
- Assess the skills and abilities of students to create personalized training plans and track progress.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during lessons, including the proper use of equipment and pool safety procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to help students improve their swimming technique and build confidence in the water.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor the pool area for safety hazards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all swimmers.
- Participate in staff meetings and training to stay up-to-date on swim instruction techniques and safety protocols.
Assist with pool maintenance and other duties as needed.
