Job Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Take charge of the development and customization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets our business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that address specific needs.
- Solution Development: Utilize your expertise in Salesforce to design and implement scalable and effective solutions that support business growth.
- Project Prioritization: Collaborate with project teams to prioritize development tasks, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
- Field Service Lightning: Apply your knowledge of Field Service Lightning to improve our field service operations, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Integration: Work with development teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Certifications: Administrator or PD1 certification is required; other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Lightning Experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
