Job Summary: The Enterprise Security Sales Executive will sell integrated security solutions to large organizations in healthcare, logistics, distribution, or multi-location businesses. This role will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new opportunities to negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong enterprise security solutions sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target large potential clients in healthcare, logistics, distribution, or multi-location businesses.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Present and demonstrate our integrated security solutions to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of integrated security solutions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals successfully.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Work closely with other internal teams and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to SafeTouch leadership.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and other relevant customer information on shared drives and software applications.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
- Other duties as business needs require.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or design of integrated security solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Effectively interact with C-level stakeholders at large organizations.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Applicable experience in healthcare, logistics, distribution, or multi-location businesses preferred.
- Develop and execute business marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented. Work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Collaborative team player who places a high priority on internal and external customer service.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements.
- Proof of personal vehicle insurance to include automobile liability and property damage coverage.
- Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Work both inside and outside.
- Remain stationary at a desk, standing, and moving from place to place for prolonged periods.
- Move equipment and materials up to 15 pounds.
- Handle products, take notes, operate technology, and present information.
- Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials and interact with others.
- Clearly hear conversations in person and over the phone.
- Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions.
- Drive to work, client sites, and as business needs require.
- Traverse uneven or slippery surfaces or both.
- Safely ascend and descend stairs as needed.
- Bend, crouch, and reach to take counts and measurements.
Job Type: Full-time, exempt
Work/Base Location: Remote or hybrid role within one hour of one of our SafeTouch locations (Atlanta, Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, Tallahassee, or West Palm Beach).
Work Hours/Availability: 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday
Travel: 25- 50%
