We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in expanding our client base, building relationships with key decision-makers, and supporting our mission to promote a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify prospective clients in target industries within Florida.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning Safety Consultants USA as a trusted safety consulting partner.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and local market demands to shape effective business development strategies.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposal Development: Prepare tailored presentations and proposals to demonstrate our safety consulting services' value and ROI to potential clients.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Track sales activities, maintain accurate client data, and manage the business development pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our safety experts and consultants to ensure our offerings align with client needs and industry best practices.
