Position: In-Shop Technician
Safety Control, LLC. is searching for in-shop, service technicians of all experience levels to add to our team. This position will be full-time (40 ) hours per week at our main location headquartered in Sulphur Springs, Texas.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform the maintenance and repair of fire and safety equipment, to include but not limited to: portable fire extinguishers and fire suppression system bottles, in accordance with applicable NFPA codes, state codes and regulations and manufacturer requirements.
- Complete related inspection reports and other work order documents pertaining to services rendered and job status
- Attend periodic training programs for our equipment manufacturers and will become certified under the Safety Control, LLC. name
- Communicate with the shop foreman pertaining to their schedule and progress throughout the day
Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license (required)
- The ability to complete and pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting, which will allow them to access sensitive locations and to obtain their fire extinguisher apprentice permit issued by the Texas State Fire Marshal's Office (required)
- Must possess a clean driving record (required)
- Basic hand tool and mechanical knowledge and experience (required)
