Job Responsibilities:
Meeting and Event Planning experience with acute attention to detail.
Ability to work with and communicate will people on all levels with clarity ensuring information is understood. Respecting individuals and non-judgmental.
Assisting with follow-up calls, meeting planning, set up and clean up.
Sending out Constant Contact notifications and updating the web site.
A professional team player takes action and works with integrity.
Respect for safety and health regulations. Able to work within HIPPA guidelines. The ability to pass a background check is required for this position.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Constant Contact Some web experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
