What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teach teens to drive position at Safety First?
Driving instructor- No experience required can train.
You teach teens to drive in our vehicles.

Part time 10-20 hrs A week could become full time at some point for the right fit.
Weekly pay
You must:
- be reliable!
-have a clean driving record and have had your license for at least 5 years.
-Be able to pass a background check
-have a smart phone capable of loading apps (schedule), using gps, calling and texting
- complete the 40 hr Training course and all state testing (training and associated costs of licensing covered by the company)
- be responsible and reliable
- create a safe and fun learning environment
-be available outside of school hours
- have basic vehicle knowledge ie how to check oil, put air in a tire etc
Company covers The cost of training and licensure
no experience starts at $16/hr after licensure for your first 90 days with a raise to $17/hr after. Raises after that based on performance
$500 hiring bonus (paid after your 90 day probationary period)
Experienced instructors who are already licensed start at $18-20 depending on length of experience.
We’re a fun laid back environment. We encourage individuality.. tattoos, piercings etc are completely fine.
Perfect job for someone who works best independently, does not require constant supervision and can manage themselves and their time while making good decisione and communicating. Someone who is self motivated to do their job to the best of their ability and doesn’t need to be babysat to know the difference between right and wrong.
We don’t work on major holidays: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, thanks giving, or Christmas.
