This opportunity is in the Account Services department
Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services department facilitates the processes between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers. Ranging from rating services to audits to operational guidance, the available career opportunities are abundant with varying levels of specialty. Maintaining a strong network of team leaders, our department’s relationship allows for cross-training opportunities and plenty of collaboration.
Role Description:
As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of policies and policy transactions within Account Services. You will conduct thorough inspections of policies, endorsements, and other transactions across multiple lines of business, ensuring they meet corporate guidelines, data quality standards, and compliance rules established by state bureaus, compliance teams, and underwriting. Your attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures will contribute to maintaining high-quality policy documentation and process efficiency. Additionally, you will support process improvement initiatives by identifying inconsistencies and errors, participating in learning opportunities, and assisting in updating quality control documentation to align with department standards.
Non-exempt: Please note, this position is classified as Non-Exempt under federal wage and hour laws. As such, you will be required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree or 2-3 years of office experience preferred
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changes, and take direction from multiple sources
- Strong teamwork skills while managing individual responsibilities
- Dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in quality control, policy review, or insurance-related administrative roles
- Familiarity with policy transactions and lines of business in the insurance industry
