Job Summary :
As a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant, you will be responsible for executing journal entries, analyzing financial data, and preparing complex reports. Your contributions will ensure the completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness of financial reports prepared on Statutory (STAT), GAAP, and IFRS accounting bases. This role supports month-end close processes, quarterly and annual reporting, and internal benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare complex analytical reports and journal entries during the monthly close process.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, disclosures, and management / board reports.
- Research and stay current on STAT, GAAP, and IFRS accounting principles.
- Assist management in preparing various components of the annual budget.
- Support interdepartmental accounting functions, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and testing system enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors and coordinate with interdepartmental stakeholders.
- Provide onboarding and training support to less experienced team members.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target salary range for this position is $84,000 to $135,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
