Position Overview
Are you ready to own and scale demand generation for a fast-growing, mission-driven company? At Safety Plus, we are redefining workplace safety with innovative SaaS technology, and we need a strategic, data-driven marketer to help us drive demand and fuel our growth.
As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to attract and convert high-value prospects. You’ll create high-quality leads (MQLs) from organic, paid, event, and partner channels, ensuring we engage the right customers at the right time.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll also work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. Your work will directly contribute to our 2025 growth target of an 80% revenue increase, helping Safety Plus become a top 10 authority in modern safety programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies across organic, paid, event, and partner channels.
- Own the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) goal, ensuring consistent inbound and outbound lead flow.
- Optimize conversion rates through strategic testing, campaign refinement, and audience segmentation.
Organic Marketing & Content Strategy
- Manage Safety Plus’s digital footprint, including our website and social media channels.
- Collaborate with our Content Manager to develop compelling SEO-optimized content and thought leadership materials.
- Improve Consultation Request conversion rates by enhancing digital content and user experiences.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQL volume, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CAC) to ensure efficiency.
- Work closely with content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Event Marketing & Partner Collaboration
- Plan and manage trade show and conference participation to generate high-quality leads.
- Work closely with the Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with industry associations, resellers, and referral partners to expand Safety Plus’s reach.
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Provide the Sales team with relevant content, lead insights, and operational support to enhance outbound prospecting.
- Drive MQL growth from partner referrals, aligning with Safety Plus’s strategic industry partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- Proven success in multi-channel campaigns (organic, paid, events, and partnerships) that drive MQLs and pipeline growth.
- Expertise in paid media management (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn) with a track record of optimizing CAC and ROI.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in event marketing and trade show execution.
- Strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in heavy industries (construction, manufacturing, transportation) or agency environments is a plus but not required.
