SafetyTest and Equipment, a nationwide Power utility tooling and PPE provider, is actively seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Inside Counter sales employee focused on assisting walk in customers.
This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who possesses excellent communication skills, resilience, & drive to help. The successful candidate will embody a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and be an integral part of our team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Greet and assist walk-in customers with their purchases
· Enter sales orders into system for walk in purchases.
· Work closely with the warehouse team to provide customers with timely service
· Follow up on pickup orders, communicate with customers on timely pickups
· Route new opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure
· Help keep the showroom stocked and neatly organized
Experience and Skill Requirements
· Counter sales experience preferred but not required
· Prior experience in customer service preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
· Bilingual a plus
