- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Provide administrative support including filing, document preparation, and office management tasks.
- Support medical reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in and handling medical records.
- Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers as required, ensuring their daily needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for visitors.
Experience
- Previous experience as a front desk clerk or receptionist is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is beneficial.
- Experience with data entry and proficiency in using office software applications is required.
