Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about IT infrastructure and network management, with an eagerness to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Junior Specialist will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our company's IT infrastructure and network systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support the management of network systems, ensuring reliability and optimal performance across local and wide-area networks (LAN / WAN).
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve system and network issues, escalating as necessary to senior specialists or engineers.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing and maintaining firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.
- Assist in hardware and software inventory management and ensure proper updates and patches are applied regularly.
- Provide technical support to internal users for both hardware and software-related issues.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team on system and network optimization projects and assist with the implementation of new IT technologies.
- Document system configurations, network architectures, and troubleshooting processes to ensure knowledge sharing and proper issue resolution.
- Stay current with the latest IT trends and advancements to improve infrastructure reliability and performance.
