In the role of Director - Program Management, you'll play a pivotal part on our Programs Department team. This position contributes to our vision by :
- Being responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of the business unit (BU) Projects / programs.
- Ensuring quality, cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Providing leadership and program management guidance to the BU program managers.
- Coaching and developing the BU project / program managers.
