In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in collaborating with Purchasing stakeholders to manage daily data tasks, including creating and maintaining KPIs for Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics, and overseeing supplier data for the Commodity Management team. Under supervision, the role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of ERP / MRP systems. The position supports the Purchasing Business Process Manager by maintaining accurate master data, assisting with data control, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
1.Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
Main Function Responsibilities
A)Collaborate with Commodity Managers in new supplier creation process and maintenance of documentation
B)Responsible for producing and monitoring dashboards
C)Responsible for data accuracy in preparation for new ERP and data management system
D)Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and especially internal standards at Safran
E)Assist with the development and implementation of master data management strategies and processes
F)Drive the implementation and maintenance of data quality control procedures, including data cleansing and de-duplication.
G)Collaborate with other departments to ensure that master data management procedures are followed and that data is in compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
H)Responsible for responding to inquiries from internal departments regarding master data, data governance policies and procedures, and data quality control.
I)Drive the development of data governance policies and procedures to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
J)Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
K)Responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation
L)Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands : This position requires extended periods of sitting while working with computers and viewing computer monitors and other office equipment. Finger dexterity needed in using misc. office equipment such as telephone, computer and copy machine, etc. Bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to approximately twenty pounds are required during tasks related to the job.
