The Position:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides a mix of generalist, operational, and strategic HR support to the organization. The HRBP is a proactive leader who provides direction, guidance and consultation to ensure alignment and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives. This role manages HR programs, processes and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, talent development, employment lifecycle and employee engagement.
The Day to Day:
- Provides consultation, HR guidance and support on company policies and programs.
- Supports employee engagement to drive an innovative, collaborative, high performing team.
- Analyze data trends to continually evolve and expand the high performing culture. Identifies and leads change and transformation efforts for the company.
- Identifies training or skill development needs and determines how best to fill those gaps. Develops and facilitates training as needed.
- Maintains in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
What you Bring to Safran:
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in various HR disciplines. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations. Knowledge of adult learning theory and change management concepts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. Ability to implement innovative, creative and forward-thinking HR programs and solutions.

Hiring Range: $70,000 - $105,000/ year
