Our client is an established and growing senior care provider in Bethlehem, PA, that services the Lehigh Valley. We are seeking a full-time RN. This opportunity is for a 12 week assignment for the summer: June to September.

- Monday through Friday - 8am to 4:30pm
- Mileage Reimbursement (70 cents per mile)
- Competitive contractor rate!
Job Summary:
- Provides direct and indirect primary nursing care to assigned participants in both clinic and home-based environments.
- Works under the direct and indirect supervision of the Program Director or physician extender but is independent in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
- Manages complex clinical situations for which they are responsible.
- Supervises both licensed and non-licensed personnel.
- Performs assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
- Understands and demonstrates commitment to the company's mission through daily communication with participants, families, community, and staff.
- Builds a trusting relationship with each participant/family/caregiver by being available, listening, communicating, and educating via every available forum, such as day center, home visits, phone calls, scheduled and unscheduled clinic appointments, etc.
- Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Must be commutable to the Lehigh Valley area
