Position Summary
Safrik Trading & Investment (STI) is seeking an organized and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role is critical to maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. The Receptionist will handle administrative duties, coordinate office activities, and support staff and clients as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate contacts or meeting rooms.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive impression for clients and employees.
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and maintaining calendars.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Customer Service
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Address visitor and staff requests promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Office Coordination
- Assist with coordinating office events and team-building activities.
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the premises.
QualificationsRequired:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
