SAFY is seeking a Full-Time Family Resource Connection Prevention Services (FRCPS) Treatment Director for our Greenville division in South Carolina. As a FRCPS Treatment Director you will be responsible for the treatment and quality of care for all families served for a designated division.

What You’ll Do
Clinical:
- May assist and consult on development and implementation of treatment programming.
- Provide support for state leadership in maintaining fidelity to clinical and other training models.
- Review and approve all referrals/intake.
- May carry a caseload when necessitated by emergency circumstances or staffing requirements.
- Ensure clients have access to availability of staff, as well as be accessible for direct involvement in crisis intervention twenty-four (24) hours each day for the needs of clients and staff.
Compliance/Reporting:
- Responsible for documenting all training activity and case consultation.
- Responsible for the quality of all client files and establishes a routine schedule for performing routine file audits.
- Complete monthly reports for supervisor and DSS in timely manner.
Supervisory:
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to clinical staff.
- Assign work load to staff.
- Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings.
- Supervise Family plan development and reviews.
- Facilitate case consultations and provide clinical coaching to members of the treatment team prior to placement disruptions. Case consultation and/or clinical supervision provided may occur in addition to supervision and day to day clinical oversight provided by the immediate supervisor. Assigns performance goals to staff under supervision.
- Responsible for the training of staff under supervision, which includes thorough and complete training for new employees and assuring that current staff receives appropriate continuing education.
- Address both the programmatic and operational issues within the region.
Other:
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of SAFY staff by participating in joint meetings, and problem identification and resolution.
- Establish and maintain a supportive and positive working relationship with youth, foster parents, referring agencies, and other SAFY stakeholders.
- Attend relevant in-house and external seminars, trainings, conferences and workshops to develop and enhance knowledge in the designated area as well as achieve relevant education hours per year to enhance professional and job related skills.
- Attends required meetings within division, region, and central office (team and/or community partners).
- Participate in assigned committees and chairs if so appointed. If appointed, maintains liaisons with state and national organizations.
- Meets regularly with supervisor to discuss issues and performance.
- Submit monthly/quarterly reports to immediate supervisor.
- Sensitive and responsive to the cultural differences of staff, SAFY youth, foster parents, referral sources and the public.
- May be on call 24 hours or on a rotating basis to address crisis with clients.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or other approved related field of human services.
- LMSW/LPC/LISW preferred.
- Two or more years of demonstrated experience in child welfare, and demonstrated training in evidence based practices. Three years in a supervisory capacity. In home and/or direct service work with families is preferred.

- Acceptable driving record and auto insurance in order to meet the travel requirements
- Attendance on the job at all times unless approved by immediate supervisor
- Ability to work flexible hours daily/weekly to fulfill position duties. Flexible work hours may be long work days as well as weekend work hours
- May require transporting youth if needed
- Reliable phone system for communication
- Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and de-escalation training

- Targeted hiring range: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00
