Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance, manage backups, and resolve system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, including Microsoft Office, antivirus, and ERP systems.
- Manage user accounts and provide technical support for hardware and software.
- Offer 24/7 on-call support, including international assistance when required.
- Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
- Maintain CAD/CAM systems and hardware peripherals.
- Lead IT and maintenance projects with minimal supervision.
- Administer production monitoring and camera systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or CNE certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in network engineering or IT administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OS support, CAD/CAM software (Siemens NX), ERP systems (JobBOSS), DNC/CNC file transfer software (FactoryWiz), and LAN/network troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot IT and CNC-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with wireless networking, IT security principles, and CNC controls.
- Knowledge of machine tool electronics and IT security best practices.
