We are actively looking for a Full-Time Program Manager to assist clinical staff providing services in our Outpatient program by providing orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support.

SAGE has offices throughout the Phoenix Valley - we are looking for a Program Manager in the Greater Phoenix area!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of master’s degree required, in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
• Minimum of an Associate Level Licensed required; Independent Level Licensed, preferred (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing substance abuse counseling; experience conducting group counseling highly preferred
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices, preferred
