We’re looking for someone creative and driven to join the team as an Account Coordinator for our clients. In this position, you will support the Account Manager with executing marketing services for clients assigned to their account. These services typically include creating email and social media content, coordinating influencer campaigns, and reporting on marketing metrics.
We’re a small but mighty team, looking for someone who is ready to jump in and support the Sage Team with content creation, scheduling social media posts, email marketing, compiling reporting data, and client presentations. You may be a good fit if you have great organizational skills and love being behind the scenes, getting sh*t done!

The Duties:
- Collaborate with the Sage Team to capture photo and video content for client projects
- Create engaging social posts and videos using native Instagram tools, CapCut and Canva.
- Build email components in email platforms like Klaviyo, Flodesk, and Omnisend
with guidance from the Account Manager for clients’ email marketing campaigns
- Compile social media and email marketing campaigns into monthly presentation decks for internal and client review
- Schedule and post all clients’ social media content and email campaigns
- Become familiar with all clients’ products & services based on personal experience using the products and/or analyzing customers’ experiences
- Stay up to date with digital technology and share content trends, ideas, and themes and share with the Sage team
- Source prospective influencers for paid collaborations on Instagram, Tiktok and Amazon using organic search methods
- Gather all reporting metrics for clients’ various marketing channels and create monthly and quarterly reports
The Requirements:
- Marketing, design, and/or administrative experience
- 2 years' experience with graphic design and video editing software (ex. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, InVideo) required
- 2 years professional experience in email and social media content creation for an eCommerce brand or similar account required
- Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills with creativity to craft engaging content and campaigns
- Elevated aesthetic eye with an understanding of core design principles, excellent typography and layout skills, a keen eye for detail, and ease in translating brand guidelines through all creative
- Highly organized and detail-oriented work style
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint
- Great time management and prioritizing skills
