What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at SAGE Dining Services?
SAGE Dining Services®is seeking an individual with front of the house experience to join our team at a private boarding school located near downtown Worcester. This is an evening shift working Tuesday-Saturday. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will possess basic knife skills and be able to work as part of a team. Those who pay attention to detail will do well as we are seeking proactive team members who will help the front of our operation shine at all times. Summers and holidays off with occasional catering through out the school year .

saturday 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 15 PM

- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
- Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
- Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
- Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
- Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
- Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
