Superintendent – Electrical Construction (Direct Hire)

We are hiring an experienced superintendent to oversee field operations, personnel, and electrical installations for commercial and industrial construction projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits and career growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all field personnel, ensuring project safety, productivity, and quality.
• Oversee job planning, scheduling, material procurement, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, NEC regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections, safety reports, and incident investigations.
• Work closely with project managers and fabrication teams to maximize efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Journeyman Electrician or completion of an apprenticeship program
• 6 years of electrical experience in industrial or commercial construction
• Supervisory experience preferred
• OSHA 30 certification, CPR, and First Aid training preferred
