Sage Engineering Associates, LLP is an Albany-based, privately owned engineering firm with 35 employees, providing professional engineering services to private, institutional and governmental clients since 1996. We enjoy excellent retention of our employees, with half of our staff employed here for 15 years or more. We are proud of the family-like atmosphere that we have fostered over the last 28 years, and have successfully grown our business by at least 18% per year for the last four years.
We are seeking to hire a full-time, experienced office manager in our location just off Washington Avenue Extension, adjacent to Excelsior University.
Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinating office support staff
· Tracking and ordering office and professional supplies
· Scheduling and coordinating technical meetings
· Processing of new project information
· Preparing monthly staff meeting materials
· Assisting with basic business accounting duties and human resource tasks
Office hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications:
· Prior administrative experience in a professional services company
· Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, bonus for Access), QuickBooks
· Flexible, confident personality with professional presentation
Salary:
$40,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience
