Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our sales team at SAGE Fence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs, and presenting customized fencing solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Business Development : Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consultative Selling : Assess client needs, conduct site visits, and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements, whether commercial or industrial.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of SAGE Fence products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals : Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contract documents to clients.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper handoff of knowledge, materials, etc.
- Reporting & CRM : Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
